Depunerea unei mentiuni la Registrul comertului a devenit mai simpla deoarece aceasta procedura se poate face online.

Desi mentiunile la Registrul comertului pana la momentul COVID-19 se faceau in mare parte fizic, acum lucrurile s-au schimbat.

Prin urmare care este procedura depunerii unei mentiuni online la Registrul comertului?

Este mai scump sau mai ieftin sa depui un dosar online la Registrul comertului?

Preturile sunt aceleasi, nu exista nicio diferenta intre a depune un dosar online si unul in mod fizic.

In cat timp vei obtine mentiunea dorita, in urma depunerii dosarului online la Registrul comertului?

Din pacate o depunere in mod online a mentiunii la Registrul comertului dureaza mai mult.

Acest lucru se intampla deoarece, dureaza mai mult pana cererea online este procesata.
